Key Responsibilities:

Support development of marketing communications materials

  • Develop marketing collaterals, e.g. emails, brochures, sales sheets, videos, powerpoint presentations
  • Ensure communications materials are consistent and reflects the organisation's strategic vision, business objectives and key messages.
  • Ensure consistent framing of messages.
  • Edit, design internal email communications and/or print internal publications

Content development

  • Write and manage social media content for Singapore
  • Support in writing and copyediting of blogs and research papers

Support marketing research

  • Run market research on competitors and prospects
  • Manage database of leads and contacts
  • Analyse data and present findings to support lead generation efforts

Support the Organisation and Delivery of Events

  • Support in the organisation of physical events
  • Manage various stakeholders to ensure delivery against timelines
  • Event collateral development
  • Manage event booths alongside sales teams

Potential Learning Outcome

  • Learn how to create impactful sales and marketing collaterals
  • Hands-on experience in executing and measuring results of both digital and off-line marketing campaigns
  • Learn project/event management skills
  • Exposure to working with various stakeholders in the company
  • Exposure working in a fast-paced multinational/cultural work environment

Key Requirements

  • Business students, majoring in Marketing or any other relevant specialization
  • Possess excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritise projects and tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in design and layout / Design software knowledge, e.g. Canva
  • Proficient in basic video creation on Canva
  • Team player, detail oriented and creative
