Assistant IT Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Contract: 1-year contract
This is a great opportunity to start a career in IT. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant IT Engineer, specializing in client platforms. If you have hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 and can start immediately or within one month, we encourage you to apply. This is a one-year contract position located at our client's site in the West.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with the construction, testing, installation, and operation of client platforms to meet business needs. You'll also be responsible for facility management and ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents related to client platforms. Investigate problems, provide solutions, and keep all relevant parties updated on progress.
- Perform service requests, monitor service levels, and document system configurations.
- Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, from gathering requirements to execution.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You'll also help establish and maintain best practices for facility management.
- Provide technical advice to project teams and clients, manage system changes, and perform pre-sales tasks related to client platforms.
