What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and coordinating reminiscence facilitation and eldercare programmes, with a strong focus on logistics, training, and outreach. This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure smooth programme operations (esp, mirco job arrangement) and alignment with objectives and timelines.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute reminiscence facilitation and eldercare programmes.
  • Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, outreach events, and programme activities, including venue setup, materials preparation, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Organise and manage events, including overseeing logistics, on-site arrangements, and participant engagement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data management and regular reporting.
  • Assist in developing new administrative processes, improving existing ones, and maintaining related documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for outreach and promotional activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in any discipline or 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong interest in reminiscence facilitation (priority).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in logistics coordination, outreach, or training is an added advantage.
