Job Title: Sales Executive / Supervisor

Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing men's accessories, offering expert advice on our range of neckties, cufflinks, and bracelets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and keep up-to-date with new arrivals and trends.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for men's fashion and accessories.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or business is a plus.

Position: Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and high standards of store presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
