If so, we would like to present to you the opportunity to join our Singapore team as the Client Relations Manager.The primary mission of the Client Relations Manager is to support and cultivate the VIC client evolution, including expansion and retention in Singapore, thereby ensuring qualitative and sustainable growth.You will be responsible for curating client journeys with a unique and targeted approach that continually engages, thereby taking the ultra-luxury experience to new heights. As well as deep dive into client analysis, transforming data into client-centric action plans.You will be rostered at the boutique with sales responsibility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCLIENT FOCUSVIC RecruitmentDevelop own VIC portfolio by recruiting high potential clients into the brandParticipating in Local and International Events and act as Maison AmbassadorDevelop High Watchmaking (>100 KEUR) segments by closing salesProvide strategic direction on VIC treatment and initiativesEngagement Provide and implement development initiatives and activities set forth by the Regional Retail and Marketing team to build client loyaltyManage and follow up with VIC clients watch care and repairsTake the lead in the implementation of in-boutique events and activations, working in collaboration with the Regional team.Work closely with the Retail and Marketing team to propose and coordinate unique VIC client experiencesPrepare and analyze in-boutique events sales ROI and feedback as requiredCreate and execute a plan to re-activate sleeping/inactive clients in the databaseCOMMERCIAL FOCUSDemonstrate ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI'sDevelop business acumen that assesses and strategizes effectively based on data and local market intelligenceMaster expertise of the boutique business and assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales and client development strategyTEAM SUPPORT FOCUSAct as an expert and provide coaching and support to the team with their client portfolioPropose VIC client entertainment and engagement activities to the teamSupport boutique team on VIC client sales presentation, product analysis, clienteling activitiesCollaborate and support boutique team in the selling ceremony to increase salesProvide regular reports and qualitative feedback on client behavior, market context, and competitionFulfil sales associate responsibilities in the boutique, adhering to roster and including all operational and client relation mattersYOUR PROFILEYou have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry with previous commercial exposure and a business development backgroundYou have acquired an established network of loyal and qualitative clients to leverageYou are a strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and develops varied-term solutionsYou have a strong customer focus and good client management knowledgeYou demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take timely decisions with the ability to assess the risks involvedYou are creative and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environmentYou are a strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsYou are proficient in MS OfficeYou speak English and Mandarin fluentlyYOUR JOURNEY WITH USIf your application is selected, we will give you an introductory call to explain further steps and discuss the opportunity.
