Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team
About Our Client

Founded in 2011, Trace has become a leading builder for landed residences in Singapore. With over 60 projects completed using a design & build methodology, our client prides itself on its team of professional architects, quantity surveyors, and construction managers with 80+ years of collective building experience. The company provides end-to-end services from architecture to construction, focusing on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Our client's portfolio includes designs for landed houses, Good Class Bungalows (GCBs), and condominium developments.

What you'll be doing?
  • Project Leadership: Coordinate, develop, and implement project plans while allocating resources effectively.
  • Team Management: Assemble and lead motivated project teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Relations: Develop close rapport with customers, working closely with them before and during project implementation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze actual performance against project targets and present progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues within the project team, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.

  • Site Management: Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor construction progress and manage progress claims to ensure timely project delivery.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Degree holders in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Management.
  • Industry Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in Additions & Alterations Building Works.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project Management and strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and thrive under pressure.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.

Other Information:
  • Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8:45am - 6pm (Alternate Sat off)
  • Office Location: Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore need to work at site island wide)
  • Salary: $5500 - $8000 + Project Incentives + Car Allowances + VB
