Job Description
The Sales Administrator is responsible for processing customer orders .
Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders accurately and promptly in the ERP/system.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.

Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and sales team.

Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documents.

Maintain and update customer records and pricing in the system.

Handle order amendments, returns, or cancellations in accordance with company policy.

Support internal reporting related to order status, backlog, and fulfillment performance.

Assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, or discrepancies related to orders.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer expectations and stock availability.

Perform general administrative duties related to the sales process.
Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
