We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex digital transformation projects. You will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and design handoff.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and advocate for user-centred design principles across projects.
  • Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct user testing and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers to uplift overall team capability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions built on platforms like OutSystems and ServiceNow.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in consulting, technology services, or digital product environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including research, strategy, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with solid understanding of responsive and accessible design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to balance design innovation with practical constraints of enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with stakeholders and developers.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
