Role Overview

The Case Manager supports the advisory team in converting prospects into completed insurance policies. This role manages the full process — from documentation and compliance to underwriting, follow-ups, and policy delivery — ensuring an efficient and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Case & Pipeline Management

  • Manage new business cases from submission to policy issuance
  • Track case progress and follow up to resolve delays
  • Maintain dashboards and provide updates to consultants

Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect and verify client KYC, financial, and medical documents
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance and insurer requirements
  • Liaise with compliance teams and underwriters for clarifications

Underwriting & Medical Coordination

  • Arrange and coordinate medical examinations and assessments
  • Communicate with clients and follow up on underwriting requirements

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with consultants, bankers, clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Prepare documents, slides, and materials for meetings and presentations

Policy Delivery & Closure

  • Follow through cases to completion and ensure timely policy delivery
  • Support annual reviews or policy amendments when needed

Reporting & Improvement

  • Generate reports on case progress and identify process bottlenecks
  • Contribute to improving workflows and training new team members

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance, broking, or financial services
  • Experience handling affluent or HNW clients is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiar with CRM or policy administration systems (preferred)
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
