About the role

As a Store Keeper at NEW PROSPERITY ELECTRICAL (PTE) LIMITED', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations in the Pioneer West Region. This full-time position will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the logistics function.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes
• Perform general warehouse duties, such as housekeeping and organization of storage areas
• Provide support to the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Receive and issue materials and stock from warehouse as per staff requests
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any logistics-related issues
• Mandarin speaking preferred as need to communicate with customers/vendors
• Ad-hoc assignments and tasks when assigned by supervisor

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehousing role,
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other logistics-related software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
