Job Description


•Update material master data with shipping matrix to facilitate PP / Fcst - On-going activities


•Support month-end accruals


•Enhance existing reports (FG: PP vs Fcst vs Actual; Bulk: PP vs Fcst; Bulk: GR vs IR) using Python scripts for monthly reporting and fcst reporting in Excel reports. This includes on-going data cleansing on Freight Spend Report maintained manually by FBA Team


•To build dashboard for volume & budget forecast accuracy


•To publish these reports in PBI for management review


•To facilitate investigation on outliners


•To update user guide
