Driving Instructor (Contract)

Location: Bukit Batok Driving Centre (BBDC)

Salary: Up to $3,500 Gross (Basic + Allowance + OT)

Working Hours: Shift work (including weekends & public holidays)

Job Scope


• Conduct practical driving lessons in accordance with BBDC training standards.


• Guide and coach learners to develop proper driving techniques and safe driving habits.


• Assess learners' driving readiness for Traffic Police tests.


• Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness before and after lessons.


• Provide feedback and updates to learners after each session.


• Attend instructor training, briefings, and periodic assessments.


• Maintain professionalism and service excellence at all times.

Requirements


• Singaporeans only


• Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A driving licence (minimum 3 years)


• Must pass the Driving Instructor Training Course conducted by BBDC before certification


• Must pass medical examination for instructor certification


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Patient, responsible, and enjoys coaching others


• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays


• No serious traffic offences or criminal record
