As an Integration Platform Architect, you will be a part of the Securitas Group Integration Platform management team. Your work will directly influence our platform strategy and the achievement of our business goals while also giving you the opportunity to be hands on when need be.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership – you will be responsible for the architecture in the integration area and will work closely with Securitas' architecture community and especially integration related Solution Architects supporting them with implementation related decision making.
• Defining target architecture – you will create a clear and well-defined target architecture and regularly update the architecture roadmap, blueprints and patterns to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture and business priorities.
• Governance of integration architecture - you will oversee that the solutions being developed conform to the architecture and meet agreed-upon standards, lead and participate in architecture assessments and reviews, ensuring the highest quality of technology solutions. Sometimes you may need to step in to coach and support the integration developers.
• Community of practice – you will host a community where logical integration approaches, best practices and knowledge are shared across multiple teams and different integration technologies
• Integration Platform as a Service domain expertise – you will provide expertise for business plans, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops, helping guide strategic planning and solution design.
• Platform life-cycle management – you are expected to lead the Integration Platform life cycle including infra and related service versions, security controls, etc.
• Monitoring – you will be responsible for monitoring solutions.
• Documentation – create and maintain up to date platform documentation.
• Administration – you will be key person involved in Platform administration, including among others access and permission management, platform cost management.
• Platform Security – you will be responsible for making sure that Integration Platform Is secured based on Securitas Security Principles, as well as industry best practices.

Your focus will be on the Integration domain in enterprise context, guiding both business and IT teams to make the best possible technology design and investment decisions, aligned with our strategies and company objectives.

Requirements

Technical skills

• 5+ years of working experience within Architecture and the broader IT industry.
• 5+ years of relevant & documented Architecture experience from the Integration Domain and experience of Integration Pattern definition as well as associated standards.
• Experience in driving change, leading an architecture roadmap and collaborating cross functionally at all levels of a complex organization.
• IT/IS architecture experience in an Enterprise Architecture context.
• In depth knowledge of creating and leading an Integration Domain architecture.
• Very strong technical integration background, preferably Azure based, and highly resilient integration design.
• Optional Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture framework like TOGAF.
• English language proficiency to business standards.

Working conditions

Location: Role is open for Europe based candidates, preferably located in Sweden.
