Job Details:

• Financially Stable & Steady Growing MNC company
• Basic + Variable Allowances
• Timings : Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm; Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Create 3D BIM models and 2D drawings per Singapore regulations
• Coordinate designs and resolve clashes
• Update models and extract quantities for planning
• Ensure quality and compliance of BIM outputs
• Manage material submissions and project admin
• Support claims, tenders, and procurement
• Train team on BIM tools and attend site meetings
• Assist with general office operations

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Revit, Naviswork / AutoCad Skill level
