Your Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

  • Inspire and Educate: Plan and implement meaningful curriculum experiences that align with frameworks and support every child's developmental needs
  • Create Learning Resources: Design engaging learning materials and activities
  • Observe, Reflect, and Grow: Evaluate children's progress and continuously refine practices to maximize learning outcomes
  • Build Trust and Community: Develop strong partnerships with families and lead community engagement initiatives
  • Uplift Our Vision: Champion our centre's vision, mission, and values through collaborative teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence

Requirement

  • ECDA Certified - EY2 / L2
  • Child First Aid Certified
  • Committed, passionate, and dedicated to making a positive difference in children's lives
  • Fresh graduates and those nearing course completion are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
