  • Position : Clinic Assistant - Up to $3,000 - Mount Elizabeth
  • Location : Mount Elizabeth
  • Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.00PM, Saturdays: 8.30AM to 1.00PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3, Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Endocrinologist

Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Facing Duties: Manage front desk activities, including appointment scheduling, patient enquiries, and cashiering.
  • Financial Administration: Handle insurance claims, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee processing.
  • Clinic Compliance: Assist with the renewal of clinic licenses and liaison with vendors or regulatory bodies.
  • Team Support: Provide direct support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in clinic setting (GP or Specialists Clinics)
  • Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
