Job Responsibilities:
- Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers
- Ensure consistency and quality of food output
Oversee kitchen prep and food storage systems
Conduct on-the-job training for junior BOH staff
- Manage mise en place and daily prep schedules
- Check food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
