We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video & Film Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating compelling video content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

In addition to video production, you may also appear on camera as an actor/presenter to engage audiences with energetic and relatable storytelling. Your primary objective will be to promote SAFRA membership benefits and drive club visitation through engaging and visually appealing videos.

Responsibilities:

·       Plan and produce participative videos with eNSMAN magazine editors to engage audiences with step-by-step tutorials, listable activities, and captivating content highlighting SAFRA's membership and FABS (Facilities, Activities, Benefits, Services), and

· Collaborate with various clubs and business stakeholders (e.g., EnergyOne) on ad-hoc video requests for social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, developing storyboards for their approval prior to filming to ensure alignment with SAFRA's guidelines, and ensuring high-quality execution of the final video content, and

· Craft and optimize captions and hashtags with TikTok Creative Center, and

· Track and analyze video performance metrics such as video reach, view duration, engagement, and conversions to identify areas for future improvement, and

· Maintain camera equipment and related gear, as well as video assets, including raw footage,

b-roll, and completed videos, ensuring proper organization and safekeeping.

· Act or present on camera for SAFRA's digital content, including promotional videos, lifestyle features, event coverage, and interviews.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Digital Film & Television or a related field.

· Comfortable being on-camera with strong public speaking and storytelling skills.

· Open to trying all kinds of food and participate in fun games, dynamic activities, and travel content—anywhere, anytime.

· Proficiency in using professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut Pro or similar tools.

· Strong knowledge of videography techniques, camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.

· Relevant experience creating video content for social media platforms, specifically TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

· Excellent storytelling abilities and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling narratives.

· Proficient in managing multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

· Familiarity with SAFRA, NS community and its membership benefits is a plus.

· Open to Singaporeans only. Candidates with (NS) experience are preferred.
