About the Role

We're hiring a Secondary Math Teacher to join our dynamic and friendly team. You'll be working with small groups of students from Secondary 1 to 4 (including N and O levels) , using our structured in-house materials and signature approach to problem-solving.

You'll be teaching in-person at our centre in Hougang , with either a 3-day or 5-day teaching schedule. We provide full training, teaching resources, and lots of support — so you can focus on doing what you do best: teaching well, and making an impact .

Work Schedule Options
Option 1: Semi Full-Time (3 Days)
  • Teaching Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (or other combos with high-demand days)
  • Hours: ~24 hours/week
  • Great for: Teachers looking for work-life balance or supplementary income
Option 2: Full-Time (5 Days)
  • Teaching Days: Any 5 days including at least 1 weekend day
  • Hours: ~40 hours/week
  • Includes: Paid prep time, meetings, and curriculum contribution
  • Great for: Career educators who want to grow with a passionate team
What You'll Be Doing
  • Teach small group Secondary Math classes (max 6 students)
  • Follow our in-house curriculum and lesson flow
  • Diagnose learning gaps and tailor your support
  • Help students prepare for weighted assessments, end-of-year exams, and N/O-Level exams
  • Maintain clear communication with parents (we'll guide you on this)
    Support with marking, student tracking, and internal team meetings
Who We're Looking For
  • Strong grasp of the Singapore Secondary Math syllabus (including A-Math a bonus)
  • Passionate about helping average and struggling students
  • Patient, encouraging, and genuinely care about student progress
  • Prior classroom/tuition experience preferred
  • Committed, responsible, and a strong team player
    Bonus: Familiar with PSLE to Sec 1 bridging, or differentiated teaching styles
