About the role

Design iOi Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Interior Drafter to join our dynamic team in the Yishun North Region. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in translating our clients' design visions into technical drawings and specifications, ensuring the successful implementation of our interior projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, and design details
• Collaborate closely with designers to interpret their concepts and translate them into accurate, construction-ready documentation
• Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and furnishings to support the design intent
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure the smooth execution of projects
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
• Provide support for the presentation of design proposals to clients

What we're looking for

• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, to produce high-quality technical drawings
• Strong understanding of interior construction techniques, building codes, and industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and external partners
• A creative mindset and a passion for interior design
