We are seeking for Cloud Solutions Architect with strong hands-on engineering expertise to design, build, and implement end-to-end cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of AWS services, CI/CD automation, Java (Spring Boot), and cloud security, and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient systems.

As a key member of the cloud architecture team, you will help shape the organization's cloud standards, security controls, and cost optimization strategies, while collaborating closely with application, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership

  • Design cloud-native architectures for complex, large-scale enterprise and digital workloads.
  • Define reference architectures, reusable components, and best practices for microservices, serverless, and multi-tier applications.
  • Conduct architecture reviews focused on scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business goals and regulatory standards.

Engineering Execution

  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Java with Spring Boot and related technologies.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab for automated and secure software delivery.
  • Provision and manage AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, and ELB.
  • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across cloud applications and infrastructure environments.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with CloudOps, Security, DBA, and Application teams to deliver secure and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Contribute to cloud center of excellence (CCoE) initiatives, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and knowledge-sharing content.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise with AWS core services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, ELB, VPC, IAM).
  • Advanced proficiency in Java, particularly with the Spring Boot framework.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, Ansible, or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, encryption, and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
  • Clear, concise communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
