Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end material control process for OFCI and CFCI materials, including supply, delivery scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Serve as the central point of communication and coordination among internal teams, vendors, trade partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage delivery timelines to align with Work Packages and project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to material supply, delivery, and project execution, implementing proactive solutions to potential issues.
- Optimize the supply chain by reducing touchpoints, eliminating non-value-added activities, and improving overall efficiency in material handling and delivery processes.
- Conduct vendor onboarding, manage relationships, and ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Oversee reverse logistics, stock replacement, and maintain accurate delivery records and production tracking reports.
- Prepare site teams for large deliveries, coordinating detailed plans and communicating equipment ownership transfer and care responsibilities.
- Continuously monitor and improve material control processes to enhance project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in material control, logistics, or supply chain management within technology or construction projects
- Strong understanding of OFCI and CFCI material workflows, with proven ability to manage end-to-end material control processes
- Excellent project scheduling, coordination, and risk management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management, shipping logistics, and vendor relationship management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams
- Experience with tracking tools and reporting systems (e.g., G-Drive, milestone tracking)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and reduce non-value-adding activities
- Knowledge of reverse logistics, stock replacement, and environmental controls
- Proven track record of coordinating large deliveries and ensuring site readiness
