Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Retail Booth Lead for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

You are responsible for overseeing the retail operations of 2 designated booths during the event. This role involves coordinating stock movement, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with event SOPs, and leading the retail team members to ensure smooth daily execution.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee the entire booth's retail operations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage and communicate with Retail Team Leads to facilitate daily operations.
  • Ensure the booth is properly set up before the event and securely closed after.
  • Coordinate stock movement and track inventory usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Handle logistics, including stock allocation, security, and compliance with event SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of promotional materials.
  • Escalate major operational issues to the Zone Manager for resolution.
  • Conduct daily booth briefings and debriefs with Retail Team Leads to optimise performance and address concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail operations, logistics, or event management preferred.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with a team effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills to manage stock and operational challenges.
  • Able and willing to work over weekends and extended hours when required.
