Responsibilities

· Inspections for structural, architectural and M&E trades, including casting works

· Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects.

· Check site conditions against approved shopdrawings/construction drawings

· Check on quality of architectural, structural and M&E trades

· Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.

· Produce daily reports on site conditions/progress to client/consultant

· To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.

· Carry out supervision of structural & geotechnical works, temporary works, architectural works and specialist works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.

· Carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation.

· To assist consultants/clients to check on site conditions/situations when required

· Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed and maintained

· Attend site meeting

Requirements

· A team player

· Valid RTO Certification

· Diligent & responsible

· Having an eye for details, meticulous

· Familiar with local building requirements and regulations

· Have A&A and/or residential experience

· Able to work on archi, C&S and M&E.

· Able to start End of Dec
