Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports

  2. Assist with personal administrative matters when required (e.g., purchasing/fetching items)

  3. Prepare meeting material preparations, briefing notes, and other facilities

  4. Maintain incoming and outgoing emails, files/docs correspondence, telephone calls

  5. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

  6. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned promptly

  7. Provide administrative supports to the owner and the family

  8. Schedule all internal/external appointments, and meetings and coordinate the attendance of all invitees

Requirement:

  1. Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  2. Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency

  3. Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible

  4. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
