About the Role
As an Assistant Vice President/Senior Manager, Tax, you will hold a key role in overseeing tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, and strategic tax initiatives for the SEAA, MEIA, Europe, America, Mongolia, Africa and other regions across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective global and regional tax strategies aligned with business objectivesAdvise on corporate structuring and financing activities with a focus on tax efficiency, strategic initiativesIdentify opportunities to optimize and enhance the efficiency of existing transactional structuresOversee timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns across all jurisdictionsEnsure compliance with international and local tax laws and regulations (including BEPS, OECD Pillar 2, etc.)Manage tax provisions and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP for Group reporting as necessaryDevelop and maintain global transfer pricing policies that comply with regulatory requirements and align with the Group's operating modelPropose and implement transfer pricing solutions for both localized and cross-border transactionsProactively identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks across the Group, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policiesLead and manage tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolution processes in coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for tax audits in key jurisdictionsServe as the principal tax advisor to senior leadership and collaborate with legal, finance, treasury, and business unitsAbout You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related fieldMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in tax, with a strong mix of Big 4 and in-house multinational exposureStrong knowledge of international tax principles, regional tax frameworks (especially Asia-Pacific), and transfer pricing rulesExperience with tax structuring and cross-border transactionsFamiliarity with OECD, BEPS 2.0, and global minimum tax regulationsProven ability to manage complex tax projects and interact confidently with senior executivesExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in both written and verbal English is a mustHospitality or real estate sector experience is a plusWhy Join Us
