Your role :

We are looking for a AI Data Engineer within the AI Factory to design, test, and refine prompts that power AI agents—autonomous systems that reason, interact, and solve problems. Based in Singapore, a strategic hub for AI development, your onsite presence will be key to effective collaboration and learning.


• craft and optimize prompts to enhance AI agent capabilities


• support the creation of AI agents for multiple purposes, ensuring they meet diverse business needs


• integrate AI agents into workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives


• collaborate with data scientists and engineers to test and deploy AI agents in real-world scenarios


• prepare and organize data to improve AI agent performance


• monitor the quality and performance of AI agents, ensuring accurate and ethical results


• gain hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps practices in AI agent development

Your team :

You'll be working in the Agentic Products team in Singapore. The team's focus is to build AI agents which can be used for multiple purposes across different areas of the organization. Our main purpose is to leverage Technology to excel in delivering the best client experience.

Your expertise :


• Ideally with proven experience as a Data Engineer, with experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, particularly in areas such as wealth management


• possess deep understanding of data and AI technologies machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics relevant to the financial industry


• possess deep technical expertise in prompt engineering and software development, including proficiency in python frameworks


• experience and strong understanding of Azure Cloud and GitLab DevOps for deploying and managing data solutions


• possess solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and Agile frameworks, with experience in driving the end-to-end data pipeline lifecycle


• excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proven experience in stakeholder management


• proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
