Bestminds Academy is a trusted tuition centre in Singapore, specialising in Primary Science. Led by a former MOE teacher and PSLE Science marker, we are dedicated to helping students achieve excellence through high-quality teaching and personalised support.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enrolment & Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a commission-only role, with no base salary. You will be responsible for converting warm leads into student enrolments through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on incoming leads provided by the Academy
- Engage with parents via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to guide them through the enrolment process
- Present the Academy's value clearly and persuasively to encourage sign-ups
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversions
- Work independently from home while meeting agreed enrolment targets
Requirements
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Confident in phone conversations and follow-ups
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- No cold calling required
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (attractive commission per successful enrolment)
- Flexible working hours, fully remote
