Job Scope:

  • Research trends and brainstorm ideas to develop seasonal apparel collections.
  • Stay updated on current styles, colours, fabrics, trims, and sports-related design trends.
  • Manage the full design process from concept to final product development.
  • Prepare mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and design packs for each collection.
  • Create initial designs through sketches, 3D visuals, or mock-ups to align with project expectations.
  • Review prototypes and samples, provide feedback, and ensure accurate execution from development to bulk production.
  • Work closely with the team and production department to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes.
  • Present design concepts clearly, support fittings and presentations, and take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Fashion or Sportswear Design is required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Relevant experience in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or proficiency in 3D platforms (Clo/Browzwear) is a plus.
