About the role

We are looking for a full-time Service Technician cum driver to join our team at PUMPS SERVICE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in the Bukit Batok West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical service and support to our customers, as well as driving our service vehicles to deliver and collect equipment.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of pump and equipment issues

  • Provide on-site technical assistance and maintenance services to customers

  • Collect and deliver equipment using the company's service vehicles

  • Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical qualification or certification in pump repair and maintenance

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a service technician in the pump or equipment industry

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driving license (Class 3 or equivalent)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
