CATALYSTE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative and driven Visual Communication Designer to craft impactful designs across branding, print, digital, and social media. You will turn briefs into bold visual solutions, collaborating closely with our creative and client teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualise and design a wide range of visual assets, including logos, branding materials, print and digital advertisements, social media content, and other marketing collateral
  • Collaborate closely with the wider creative and client services teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate briefs into visually compelling design solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure your work is innovative and cutting-edge
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to help refine and enhance design concepts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard within agreed timelines
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve design processes and contribute to the overall success of the creative function

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and other visual communication disciplines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your ideas effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and composition
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • The work location is at Vertex @ Ubi
  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
  • Fully on-site position
