We are rapidly growing company based in Australia and currently expanding our presence in Singapore. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive junior risk analyst to support our Trading Operations team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with data, thrives on process execution, and wants exposure to trading systems and financial markets. You will be responsible for administrative coordination, data management, and basic reporting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update documentation related to vendors, pricing configurations, and trading conditions.
  • Assist in contract, fee schedule, and configuration tracking.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, internal meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Handle data requests, such as volume reports, performance metrics, spread comparison, and trade flow summaries.
  • Document and standardize routine processes to reduce operational risk.
  • Suggest workflow enhancements for reporting and data delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring key operational risks such as pricing outages, misconfigurations, or trade breaks.
  • Support the review of post-trade execution by collating logs and data for escalation

Requirements

  • Open to Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with trading or financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of trading platforms.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Prior internship or 1–2 years in financial operations or support roles.
