About the role

We are seeking a primary school level English Teacher to join our team at SuperEnglish Learning Centre (3 mins walk from Marine Parade MRT). This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with dedicated students and colleagues in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in your subject area to primary school students
  • Developing and implementing creative lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs
  • Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with fellow teachers to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods
  • Participating in staff meetings, professional development activities, and other school initiatives
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and growth

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant subject area
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the secondary school level
  • Able to work one weekends 9am to 6.15pm and Tuesday to Friday 12.30pm to 9.15pm
  • Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students
