The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, government agency
  • Location: West
  • 12 months contract
  • Salary: Up to $5500
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to deliver projects with tangible organisational impact.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Agile, or Design Thinking.
  • Experience with finance and budgeting processes is advantageous.

Job Description

  • The Business Analyst will play pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives, managing programmes, and driving innovation. This role demands strong functional expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver impactful outcomes aligned with divisional and organisational goals.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes that contribute to divisional and organisational success.
  • Apply domain expertise to support decision-making and resolve complex challenges.
  • Organise and facilitate divisional events, workshops, and engagements that advance strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of programmes and services to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
