Architecture Co-ordinator

About the role

Vico Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architecture Co-ordinator to join our team. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects through effective coordination of architectural design and planning.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with project architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the architectural design and planning of construction projects
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other design documentation to identify and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Facilitate regular progress meetings with the design team and provide updates on the status of architectural deliverables
• Support the implementation of architectural design solutions on site, working closely with the construction team
• Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural coordination processes and documentation

What we're looking for

• Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architecture coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry

• Good track records & working experience with A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
• Experience in handling HDB BTO project is referred.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Able to work 5.5working days per week at HDB Construction site.
