About Us

VIDASKIN is a premium medical aesthetic clinic in Singapore known for our refined artistry, evidence-based approach, and exceptionally high standards. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing activities in line with our established brand guidelines. This role is ideal for someone with strong design instincts, a good eye for aesthetics, and the discipline to maintain brand consistency.


Job Description

As the main coordinator of VIDASKIN's marketing operations, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our marketing materials, social media content, digital communications, and in-clinic visuals. You will work closely with the Clinic Director, following clear guidance to ensure that all output remains aligned with our clinic's premium brand identity.


Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Content Creation
  • Create marketing materials including social media graphics, posters, slides, and in-clinic visuals
  • Maintain strict adherence to VIDASKIN's established branding, tone and visual style
  • Assist in photography and videography for treatments, events and content days
  • Use common design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite or similar) for layout and design work
2. Social Media Execution
  • Prepare, schedule and post content according to provided concepts and direction
  • Write captions following the clinic's approved tone and messaging
  • Track basic performance metrics and highlight observations
  • Manage simple community engagement such as responding to comments or queries
3. Digital Marketing Support
  • Coordinate with external agencies on ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Update website content and ensure accuracy across digital touchpoints
  • Assist with basic reporting and performance summaries
4. Campaign & Event Support
  • Execute campaigns, festive promotions and treatment launch materials based on provided plans
  • Support in-clinic events, patient appreciation activities and workshops
  • Prepare and print required marketing visuals and collateral
5. Patient Communication & CRM Assistance
  • Prepare newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts and patient updates based on approved content
  • Develop simple educational materials for treatments under guidance
  • Monitor patient interest trends and share insights with the team
6. Administrative & Operational Tasks
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, creatives and suppliers
  • Ensure in-clinic displays are updated and visually coherent
  • Track competitor marketing activities and general trends in the aesthetics industry

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related fields
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium brand visuals
  • Proficiency in visual content creation tools
  • Good writing skills and attention to detail
  • Organised, reliable and able to follow direction closely
  • Comfortable working independently with clear guidance
  • Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, luxury or lifestyle industries is an advantage
