Salary & Benefits

Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,400 (inclusive of Monthly Wage Supplement)

Programme Duration: 3 /5 years (Full-Time Traineeship)

Rotating Shifts (Work 4 days, rest 2 days):

  • Morning: 6:30 am – 4:15 pm
  • Afternoon: 4:00 pm – 1:45 am

Additional Benefits:

  • Variable bonus of up to 3–5 months annually
  • Transport provided for after-hours shifts

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured training to gain technical knowledge and hands-on experience in aircraft engine and systems maintenance.
  • Assist with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of aircraft engines, modules, and components.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, installation or replacement of engine parts, and ensure compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
  • Be proactive in asking questions, learning new processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in a high-reliability environment.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace-related fields)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Passion for aircraft and hands-on technical work
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and a manufacturing/MRO environment
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
