Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the BIM Coordinator and project team with day-to-day BIM implementation tasks.
  • Develop accurate 3D models for drawing production, authority submissions, clash detection reports, and presentations, in line with project specifications and modelling standards.
  • Review and verify all models, drawings, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project, company quality standards, and BIM requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform clash detection and conduct visual walkthroughs to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on model updates and design revisions.
  • Prepare architectural tender drawings in both 2D and 3D formats/BIM architectural models.
  • Work collaboratively with architectural and other discipline teams to ensure all drawings meet design intent and requirements.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in creating various Revit Families.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, including guidance, feedback, quality assurance/quality control, and direction on work methods and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in local BIM projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite, particularly Revit Architecture.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Understanding of the Singapore BIM Guide.
  • Knowledge of the BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines in Singapore.
  • Completion of BCA Academy's BIM Modelling course or an Autodesk certification is preferred.
  • Strong Revit expertise, including creating federated models using Revit Links, managing Revit Worksets, and applying shared coordinates.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with project teams and clients.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude and passion for BIM innovation.
