  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance work processes, service quality, and clinical policies to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, focusing on resource efficiency, cost control, and coordination with key stakeholders for smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with Dental Head and HQ Dental on managing operational issues, manpower, renovations, procurement, inventory, audits, and health promotion activities.
  • Handle clinical feedback and complaints by working with internal and external parties, while preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, maintain intranet content, participate in committees, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare focusing on operations and administration
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
