The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
  • We are looking for a Marketing Specialist
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing eg. marketing execution, campaign coordination, or project support role, preferably in a tech company.
  • A strong passion for brand storytelling, community engagement, and new technologies like AI, Autonomous Vehicle, etc
  • Proficiency in data management (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to organize complex information for reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution across consumer-facing channels.

Job Description

Media Buying & Campaign Execution

  • Performance Media Support: Act as a liaison with the Performance Marketing team to support the execution of paid media campaigns (e.g., social, search, in-app ads)
  • Out-of-Home (OOH) Coordination: Assist with the end-to-end execution and procurement for Out-of-Home (OOH) media buys, including placements on buses, shelters,etc.
  • In-App Promotion: Coordinate the deployment and testing of consumer-facing assets (banners, push notifications) related to the service booking flow within the the app.

User Adoption & Field Engagement

  • Community Activation: Support on-the-ground field marketing activities and community events to facilitate resident trials and educate users on how to use the new product/ service.
  • Collateral Management: Manage the inventory, logistics, and deployment of physical promotional materials, signage, and customer information panels used.

Partnership & Compliance Support

  • Messaging Alignment: Ensure all marketing content and public-facing communication related to the product launch are consistent, on-brand, and fully aligned with regulatory approvals.
