Account Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Clerk to manage daily accounting tasks and stock inventory for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handle supplier invoices, and support overall stock and inventory management.

• Record daily sales, expenses, and payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting ledgers and reports.
• Handle supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Assist in month-end account closing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams on stock usage and replenishment.
• Support management with financial summaries and reports when required.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting and inventory documents.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or administrative experience (F&B industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
