CIAM Architect

Position Title: CIAM Architect (Cyber Security)

Location: Singapore, Raffles City Tower

Contract Type: 12 months

Working hours: 40 hours a week

Salary: UP to $12, depending on expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CIAM Architect to join our Cyber Security team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, while also supporting broader IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access. This role requires a strong technical background, proven IAM architecture expertise, and excellent communication skills to translate business challenges into secure and client-focused technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions using Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Okta (mandatory).
• (Optional) Design and implement Access Management solutions for workforce identity using Entra ID or Okta.
• (Optional) Design and implement Identity Governance (IGA) solutions using SailPoint or Saviynt.
• (Optional) Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM architecture best practices and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute IAM subject-matter expertise to business development and client engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into secure IAM technical designs.
• Deep knowledge of CIAM user journeys, API security, OIDC, OAuth, and SAML protocols.

Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM Architecture, Engineering, or Consulting.
• Proven expertise in CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) solutions – Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Okta (mandatory).
• Experience with IAM Project/Program Management.
• Good-to-have: Exposure to Access Management (Entra ID/Okta), Identity Governance (SailPoint/Saviynt), and Privileged Access Management (CyberArk).

Certifications (Preferred)

• Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Okta certifications.
• SailPoint or Saviynt certifications.
• CyberArk certifications.
• Azure/Entra ID certifications.
• SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
• CISSP.

Mandatory Skillset

• CIAM Architect – Ping Identity / ForgeRock (Mandatory).
• Design & Implement CIAM user journeys and API security (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Application Access Management, API Security, OIDC, OAuth, and SAML (Mandatory).
• Identity Governance & Administration – SailPoint / Saviynt (Optional, Preferred).
• Privileged Access Management – CyberArk (Optional, Preferred).
