Work you will do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing in finance. Advise our clients how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.

The nature of the work we do includes:

1. Enhancing Data Quality and Controls

• Apply the KDE methodology in line with BCBS 239 requirements.
• Assist in designing and maintaining data quality rules, dashboards, and monitoring processes.
• Perform data profiling and quality checks to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

2. Data Lineage, Metadata, and Standardization

• Document and maintain data lineage to trace data from source to reporting.
• Support metadata capture, maintenance, and standardization efforts.
• Contribute to the rollout of the Enterprise Data Dictionary, ensuring business terms are accurately defined and maintained.

3. Data Governance / Data Management Tool Support

• Assist in the configuration and day-to-day administration of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Collibra Data Quality (CDQ).
• Build and maintain workflows, reports, and automation in Collibra and Alteryx.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data governance tool issues in collaboration with IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management.
• Practical, hands-on experience with MAS Data Governance and BCBS 239 implementation or compliance.
• Experience with Collibra, Alteryx, or other data governance/quality tools.
• Familiarity with data lineage, metadata, and KDE methodology.
