Assistant Client Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Assistant Manager in the Risk Management team, you will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts. You will support account management tasks, conduct client and industry research, and help maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day communication with complex accounts, managing and maintaining correspondence.
- Conduct and analyze client and industry research, prepare benchmarking studies, and create risk maps for internal and external use.
- Support colleagues by managing billing transactions, coordinating calendars and timelines, and liaising between senior professionals and business accounts.
- Address account concerns and resolve problems in a timely manner, escalating issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
- Collect and report insights on relationship satisfaction to senior colleagues, providing context and suggestions to enhance account retention.
- Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
- Maintain fluency in the company's service offerings and market trends to enrich your work and develop sales capabilities.
What you need to have:
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within risk management or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple complex accounts effectively.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to support client and industry understanding.
- Problem-solving skills with good judgment on when to escalate issues.
