Location: Singapore

We seek a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the position of Test Analyst. An individual who has passion in the application testing arena for the government and private / BFSI sectors.

You will be reporting to the Test Manager and Team Lead, and you will be responsible for the Test Case Design, coordination, preparation and executions.

The successful candidate should have good grasp of IT technologies, have excellent documentation and communication skills and passion on pursuing career in application testing.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business requirements
  • Produce Test Scenarios targeting all business requirements
  • Produce detailed Test cases and Test Procedure
  • Perform test activities such as test execution, capturing and analysing test results and raising & tracking defects
  • Update and Maintaining existing test artefacts.
  • Prepare Test Data and update Test Case and Requirements Matrix.
  • Document and produce daily activities report
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties for project related items
  • Maintain relationship with project team as well as with clients
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Maintain appropriate security controls for documents

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidate with at least 3-5 years of IT experience, especially in the field of Software Quality Assurance is required
  • Candidate with Testing experiences in BFSI or Telco is a must, with minimum continuous 1 year relevant domain experience
  • Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skill
  • Ability to communicate in good English (Spoken & Written)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people of all levels
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
  • Must be a team player as well as able to work independently
