What you can expect to work on

We are growing our Sales Development team in Singapore, and looking for energetic self-starters. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new leads and creating sales opportunities for our sales team by reaching out to potential customers through cold calls. 

• Spark interest and secure appointments by initiating outbound calls to introduce B2B services that business owners will find useful
• Capture and qualify leads through engaging conversations, identifying their needs, and determining their level of interest in our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of cold call activities, including call outcomes, lead information, and next steps, using our CRM software.
• Continuously refine cold calling strategies and scripts to maximise effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to share updates, insights and feedback, contributing to the refinement of overall sales strategies.
• Foster continuous growth and refinement of sales skills through regular training and coaching sessions.
