  • Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in internal audit? We are assisting a leading facilities management company to hire a dedicated Internal Audit Assistant for a 6-month contract (with potential extension depending on performance).

This role is ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment and looking to gain valuable exposure in audit and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in data gathering and analysis for audit planning.
  • Support audit fieldwork, including evaluating risks, internal controls, and governance processes.
  • Apply data analytics techniques (Excel, ACL, Tableau) to strengthen audit effectiveness.
  • Document audit work clearly with supporting evidence for review.
  • Contribute to drafting audit observations, highlighting control weaknesses, and suggesting process improvements.
  • Support in preparing audit reports, management responses, and action plans.
  • Assist in tracking audit issues and progress of remediation actions.
  • Participate in developing the annual internal audit plan and management presentations.

What We Are Looking For

  • GCE "A" Level and above with accounting relevant discipline is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and organised with good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong report writing skills.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
