Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:

  • Report directly to the Project QAM and assist in all QA/QC activities during project implementation
  • Support the Project QAM in executing all project QA/QC activities to meet quality objectives
  • Review technical drawings and manage baseline documents to ensure accuracy for fabrication
  • Conduct quality inspections (incoming, in-process, on-site) to verify compliance with standards like SS638
  • Lead and document pre-delivery tests (Pre-FAT/FAT/SAT) and manage non-conformance issues to resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement by initiating corrective actions and participating in quality system enhancements.
  • Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a project and production environment
  • Strong understanding of Electrical/Mechanical engineering principles; prior experience in a Quality Assurance environment is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel locally for various QA/QC activities and provide occasional on-site support outside regular office hours as project needs require
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SS638 is highly beneficial
  • Possess strong data analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) and sound judgment in decision-making
