Job Details:
- 5 months maternity cover
- Location: Kallang
- Salary: $13/hour - $15/hour
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-6.00pm (with 1 hour unpaid break)
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls reporting lift breakdowns and dispatch technicians to the job site.
- For every inbound call, make a corresponding outbound call to coordinate the technician's assignment.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of technicians.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all calls and dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve response times.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
