About the role

This is a full-time role as a Hot Room Attendant/Server and Supervisor at HOUSE + PTE LTD' based in the Jurong Gateway West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our Spa rooms and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly clean and maintain Spa rooms to the highest standards
  2. Restock and replenish room amenities and supplies
  3. Respond promptly to guest requests and address any issues or concerns
  4. Provide courteous and professional service to all guests
  5. Assist with the supervision and training of the housekeeping team
  6. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the Spa

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or hospitality role
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests effectively
  4. Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
  5. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
  6. Fluency in English and Mandarin languages would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
